Chrysler is pondering a shakeup for its midsize-sedan lineup. The Dodge Avenger replacement would shift to rear-wheel drive, and the next Chrysler Sebring would be based on a Fiat platform in an effort to differentiate two cars that currently share the same underpinnings, Automotive News reports. The Avenger replacement could be based on a modified Challenger platform, which itself is a modified version of the Charger and Chrysler 300 platform.
The Volkswagen Group has taken over BlackBerry's European research and development center in Bochum, Germany. The center employs around 200 people who will transfer to the newly founded VW Group subsidiary, Volkswagen Infotainment GmbH. BlackBerry is in the midst of a global restructure, as it bids to move away from making smartphones and switch its business to software development.

The fifth – and most ludicrous - Mini shape comes in Cooper, Cooper S, Cooper SD and John Cooper Works forms and, according to BMW, promises to reward keen drivers with ‘a level of handling and agility unmatched in the small car segment’.
